New renovation project in Peckham, Southeast London
We’re delighted to have been appointed to oversee a refurbishment and extension of a mid-terrace Victorian house a short walking distance away from Peckham Rye station. The project includes a side return extension on the ground floor, a loft extension on the top floor as well as an overall refurbishment of the house. The design process with a family of young professionals in mind is due to commence in late 2021 with the project going to Planning in early 2022 and construction to begin in mid-2022. More to follow.
